hard cap is not a good idea IMO

I don't think so either, and I was hoping he would respond to what I said so I could perhaps show any flaws in it. That way, we can show we are going for the best possible solution. Also, Annie, I ask that because you talk about teams knowing if they are over or under, later in the season. The point of a hard cap, would make it so they HAVE to be under it at all times. So finding out sooner or later, isn't an option.

why does it really matter. and the best way to control salaries is expansion which were not close to but the more players the more spread out things are. Less awesome players on teams etc. Its not an issue.
